Refund policy

All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted except in the case of damaged or defective products.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos or other documentation of the damage in order to process your request.

If your product is deemed to be damaged or defective, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge. If we are unable to provide a replacement product, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Please note that any product damage that occurs after the item has been received is not covered under this policy, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
